TDMS files are required for analysis of symptoms correctly.

When saving the TDMS file, please set the gain to +20dB and the image range

to 0.5dB, create a noise source by playing music on your mobile phone, etc. to

check the results, and send the file to us. We will analyze the results and

provide you with further instructions.

If you get an error while updating F/W, it's usually due to a static IP setting.

Please try to reset the static IP as shown below and then try to update F/W again.

You can also check this in the manual.

Measurement data is stored in the BATCAM’s internal memory in .jpg or .avi format. A USB storage device with a “FAT 32” format is required to export the data. You can connect the storage to a USB port located on the left side of the product to enable the data export function.

BATCAM 2.0 can store the data in photos or videos using the SAVE button located in the upper-right corner of the instrument. Short press of the button saves the .jpg format images, and long press saves .avi format videos.

BATCAM 2.0 can measure and analyze sounds from 2 kHz to 48 kHz.

The internal Samsung lithium-ion battery provides around 4 hours of continuous use when fully charged. We also have a small external battery that can provide an additional 4 hours of use for those needing extended runtimes.

BATCAM 2.0 can detect and confirm the location of a 50 cc/min leak at a distance of 1 m(3 ft).

BATCAM 2.0 can detect not only gas leak but also the location of noise caused by electric or mechanical faults. By adjusting the measurement frequency band and the sound pressure filter, the BATCAM 2.0 can visually pinpoint noises coming from specific locations up to 50 m(150 ft) away.

PRPD pattern analysis function, which is commonly used to measure electric defects, is currently being developed and will be added as soon as possible.

Even in noisy measurement environments such as factories and external environments, frequency filtering(band pass filtering) can be used to measure and track noise.
