The newly introduced BATCAM 2S is equipped with GIS and cloud-based AI analysis capabilities to increase user work efficiency. The measurement sensitivity is increased by detecting gas leaks using 112 microphones, measure the following signals in the discharge, abnormal noise, and ultrasonic bands from 2 kHz to 100 kHz BSR (Buzz, Squak, Rattle) noise it also performs well in measuring high frequency noise.
Explosion-Proof Ultrasonic Acoustic Camera
The BATCAM 2Sx is equipped with 112 digital MEMS microphones and a high-speed FPGA-based processor. It is a portable industrial ultrasonic and acoustic camera designed for use in hazardous areas within the chemical and energy industries.
The BATCAM 2Sx enables users to detect and identify the location and type of electrical partial discharges or leaks even without direct contact or power shutdown.
Detected ultrasonic signals are displayed on a 5-inch LCD touchscreen, helping users quickly identify the source of the problem.The BATCAM 2Sx provides external connection terminals for file transfer and firmware updates, and allows measurement images to be uploaded to the cloud via PC or mobile APP. With ATEX certification for use in explosive atmospheres (II 3G Ex ic IIC T5 Gc), the BATCAM 2Sx ensures safe operation even in potentially explosive environments by complying with strict safety standards.
